精神病患者保护性约束细化标准的制定与实施

Making and Execution on the Zoom Standard of Protective Constraint on Schizophrenia

目的探讨精神病患者保护性约束细化标准的实施效果。方法将400例有危害行为的精神病患者随机分为观察组与对照组各200例。观察组根据保护性约束细化标准评分对患者实施保护性约束和解除。对照组由护理人员根据经验对患者实施保护性约束和解除。结果观察组患者敌对情绪及躯体不适发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论对伴有危害行为的精神病患者,在实施和解除保护性约束时,采用细化标准,护士能严格掌握适应证,减少执行的盲目性和随意性及粗暴行为,有利于提高患者的满意度,减少医疗纠纷。

Objective To explore the effect about the zoom standard of protective constraint on schizophrenia. Methods Four hundred cases of schizophrenia with danger behaviors were divided into study group and control group randomly. In the study group, protective constraint were given or withdrawn according to the score of zoom standard of protective constraint. In the control group, protective constraint were given or withdrawn according to the experience of nurses. Results Incidences of hostility emotion and somatic symptom in the study group were lower than those in the control group with the difference being significant （P〈0. 05. P〈0. 01）. Conclusion When doing or undoing protective constraint to schizophrenia patients with danger behaviors, nurses can grasp the indication by employing the zoom standard, which can decrease the blinding, ad libitum and violence of nurses, and can increase the patient＇s satisfaction, avoid the medical dispute at the same time.
