摘要 宏基因组学是基因工程发展的新方向,它为寻找和发现新的功能基因及生物催化剂提供了新的研究策略。着重论述了宏基因组学的研究方法,包括DNA的提取、文库的构建以及筛选策略的选择。同时介绍了近年来宏基因组学应用于新型生物催化剂开发中所取得的一些成果。 Metagenomics is a new orientation of the development of genetic engineering. It provides a new strategy for seeking novel functional gene and biocatalyst. Methods in metagenomic study, including DNA extraction, library construction and screening were discussed in this paper. Meanwhile, the achievements of the application of metagenomics in the development of biocatalyst were also introduced.
