摘要
采用形态、生理生化以及生物分子等多种手段开展了草莓中芽孢杆菌的鉴定研究,结果确认草莓携带的芽孢菌为蜡样芽孢杆菌。实验表明了VITEK微生物自动鉴定系统可快速检测草莓中的芽孢菌,结果可靠,为开发草莓杀菌抑菌技术提供了参考。
Bacillus cereus was identified according to its properties of morphology, biochestry, physiology, and maeromolecule. The experiment confirmed that bacillus of strawberry was B. cereus. Vitek auto microbic system could be used to examine bacillus rapidly and credibly. The identification result is also helpful to develop sterilization technology for strawberry production.
