摘要
A/D转换器广泛应用于通信和控制过程中,有效转换位数(EffectiveNumberOfBits,ENOB)是A/D转换器一个非常重要的指标。本文较为详细地介绍了非线性最小二乘法,并就非线性最小二乘法和线性二乘法在ENOB测试中的应用进行了分析。结果表明,线性最小二乘法更适于ENOB的测试,非线性最小二乘法则适于各类谱估计。
A/D converter is applied in communication and control field. ENOB is a key technical parameter of A/D converter. This paper gives the formulas of computing frequency, amplitude and phase by Non-Linear least Squares ( NLS ) in detail. Finally, the results of ENOB by NLS and Linear least Squares ( LS ) are analyzed respectively. The results indicate that LS is applicable for the measurement of ENOB while NLS is applicable for spectral analysis.
