摘要
在中试试验条件下,考察了较高的有机负荷对活性污泥-悬浮载体生物膜法系统脱氮除磷效果的影响,试验表明,水温为20~33℃时,在系统污泥龄为4~9d,污泥负荷(单位污泥单位时间内处理的生物化学需氧量BOSs的量)达到0.18~0.55kg·kg^-1·d^-1条件下,对磷的去除效果稳定在90%左右,氨氮的去除率达到80%以上,出水总氮平均质量浓度为11mg·L^-1,同时,试验过程中也发现了联合系统的好氧池中存在明显的同步硝化反硝化现象.经分析认为,这与好氧池内合理的溶解氧值和较高的污泥质量浓度有关。
The influence of high organic load on nutrient removal by activated sludge-biofilm combined system is studied in a pilot-sca/e reactor. Sludge retention time of the combined system is controlled between 4 and 9 days, temperature is 20-33℃, and organic load of system is between 0.18 and 0.55 kg(BOD5)·kg^-1(MLSS)·d^-1 in the half-year study. Efficient nutrient removal is achieved, TP removal rate can be up to 90 %, and NH3 - N removal rate can be more than 80 %, the effluent TN is about 11mg·L^-1 on average. Simultaneous nitrification and denitrification is observed in aerobic tanks, possibly due to reasonable dissolved oxygen and high biomass concentration of the aerated tank.
