推拿并中药熏洗对运动致肩关节损伤功能恢复的影响

Effect of Massage Plus Chinese Herb Fumigation and Washing on the Functional Recovery in Exercise-induced Shoulder Joint Injury

目的:观察推拿配合中药熏洗治疗运动致肩关节损伤的作用。方法:将63名肩关节损伤患者,分成两组。(治疗组32例)采用推拿配合中药熏洗治疗,(对照组31例)采用局部穴位封闭治疗,两组治疗前和治疗后1个月,进行肩关节的功能评估和疼痛程度评估,并分析两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗组经推拿和中药熏洗治疗后,肩关节的活动度和疼痛程度较治疗前有了明显改善(P<0.01),对照组治疗后较治疗前肩关节的活动度和疼痛程度较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05),而治疗组在治疗后肩关节的活动度与对照组相比有差异(P<0.05)。结论:推拿和中药熏洗联合应用对肩关节损伤治疗上价值远高于穴位封闭治疗。

Objective ：To observe the role of massage plus Chinese herb fumigation and washing in treating exercise - induced shoulder joint injury. Methods ： 63 patients with shoulder joint injury were divided into treatment group （ n = 32） and control group （ n =31）. Patients in the treatment group received massage plus Chinese herb fumigation and washing, and those in the control group were given local acupoint close treatment. The function and painful severity of shoulder joint were evaluated before treatment and at 1 month after treatment respectively, and the therapeutic effects were analyzed in both groups. Results ： In the treatment group, the activity and painful severity of shoulder joint were obviously ameliorated after massage combined with Chinese herb fumigation and washing as compared with those before treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. In the control group, activity and painful severity of should joint were improved after treatment as compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the activity of should joint after treatment in the treatment group was different from that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The significance of the application of massage combined with Chinese herb fumigation and washing is far higher than acupoint close treatment in treating should joint injury, so it should be advocated actively.
