牛磺酸对鲫鱼蛋白质消化吸收的影响 被引量:12

摘要 选用牛磺酸作为饲料添加剂,以0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%的剂量将牛磺酸添加到基础饲料中,以基础饲料为对照饲喂鲫鱼(45 ̄52g)15d后,测定蛋白质消化吸收率。结果表明:牛磺酸可以显著提高鲫鱼对蛋白质的消化吸收率(P<0.05),其中,添加0.60%组效果最佳,比对照组提高6.65%。蛋白质消化率的提高,是牛磺酸促进鱼体生长速度加快的主要原因之一。 Crucian carp (body weight 45-52 g) was fed by formalated diet which added with taurine at different levels of 0.20% ,0.40% ,0.60% ,0.80%, respectively. Protein digestibility was determined in 15 days.The result showed that taurine significantly increased crucian carp's protein digestibility (P〈0.05). The protein digestibility of the group fed on formulated diet which added with taurine at levels of 0.6% was 6.65% higher than that of the control. Promotion of protein digestibilities was an important factor to increase fish growth.
