摘要
帧内预测当前块处于运动物体的边缘或者2个物体的边界时,帧内模式不能充分体现像素之间的差别.为解决该问题,提出算法:当进行水平预测时,利用垂直方向上相邻块的像素作为水平预测的参考,形成垂直距离矩阵;在进行垂直方向预测时,利用水平方向相邻块的像素作为参考,形成水平距离矩阵.基于空间距离不同相关性之间的差异,改变了H.264标准中9种预测模式中的5种.实验结果证明,这种方法对于不同分辨率的视频序列都有很好的编码效果.
When the current block is at the very edge of the moving objects or on the boundary between two obiects, the existing intra prediction modes can not present the difference of the neighboring pixels well. This paper presented a distance based intra prediction method in video coding to solve this problem. The authors used the pixels up to the current macroblock to make a reference which would express the changes in vertical direction to create vertical matrix of distance in horizontal intra mode. Similarly, the authors used the correlation of the pixels left to the current macroblock to create horizontal matrix of distance in vertical intra mode. Based on the different correlation according to different distances, the authors changed 5 intra modes referred to the distance based on the method. The experimental results show that video sequences with different resolution can be compressed effectively with these new intra prediction modes.
