摘要
以凯特杏果实为试验材料,研究了1甲基环丙烯(1MCP)对果实采后贮藏品质特性的影响。结果表明:使用1.0μL/L1MCP处理杏果实后,可以显著地降低乙烯释放速率和呼吸速率,显著地抑制叶绿素的降解和类胡萝卜素的增加,促进类黄酮和总酚的积累,延缓果实抗坏血酸含量和硬度的下降,但对可滴定酸和可溶性固形物含量无明显效果。
Katy apricot fruit was used to investigate the effect of 1.0 μL/L 1 -MCP(an inhibitor of ethylene) on quality variation trends during fruit storage at room temperature. The result showed that the 1 -MCP treatment could significantly decrease the rates of respiration and ethylene production, obviously inhibit chlorophyll degradation and carotenoids increasing, promote accumulation of flavonoid and total phenolics, postpone the reduce of anthocyanin content during fruit storage, delay the loss of fruit ascorbic acid content and fruit firmness,but had no obvious effects on contents of titratable and total soluble solids.
