摘要
水稻干燥后的品质优劣是水稻干燥的关键问题,水稻干燥不仅要求生产率高,还要保证干燥后的品质好。从水稻保质干燥原理出发,设计了5GSH-16型水稻保质干燥机并简述了其工艺流程、结构特点及主要设计参数。该机型采用5级顺流连续式加热及缓苏和1级逆流冷却的干燥工艺,间接加热,热风温度在50~160℃之间自动控制,通过实践证明该机具有热效率高,节能显著,烘干品质好,单位质量成本低,自动化程度高等优点。
Quality of dried paddy is the key problem for paddy drying, the paddy drying requires both of high productivity and high quality. The process of drying technology, characteristics of structure and the main design parameters of 5GSH - 16 type quality preservation paddy dryer were introduced. Five stages concurrent heating, tempering and one stage of countercurrent cooling drying technology were adopted in this type of dryer. Paddy was heated indirectly. The air temperature could be controlled automatically between 50 - 160℃. The production and practice application proved that this type of dryer has such advantages of high thermal efficiency, remarkable energy-saving, good production quality, low cost and high degree automation.
