摘要
针对真空斩拌机的振动、轴承发热等问题,对斩拌刀与斩盘螺环相对运动及斩拌刀的受力进行了分析。分析表明,斩拌刀轴既受区间连续性变载荷又受区间交接点的有限突变载荷;有限突变载荷既有力的大小突变又有方向的突变;各区间内的连续性径向载荷变化不大;轴向载荷虽小,但载荷变化的相对不均匀度大。刀轴每转1周经受2个循环变载荷和与刀具数量相同次数的冲击。运动与动力的分析为斩拌机的减振降噪结构设计提供了参考依据。
Aiming at the problems of vibration of vacuum cutter and the heat of bears, kinematic and dynamic models of the relative movement between cutters and the annular plate of toroidal movement were established. Analysis results showed that the cutter axle bore continuous dynamic force within an interval and sudden changed force at the connection points of intervals. This sudden change included force magnitude and its direction. Within an interval, the radial force varied not considerably but the axial force did, though the magnitude of axial force was smaller. In one revolution, the cutter axle experienced two circles of force change as the same times of shock as the number of cutters. The results of models and the analysis are the key to the structural design of vacuum cutter with small vibration and low noise.
