摘要
基于影响塑料包装薄膜热封强度和质量的主要参数,通过试验,分析各参数对热封强度的影响,确定了最优热封参数,构建热封强度的数学模型。通过热封强度的仿真计算界面和热封参数的优化仿真界面,实现了热封参数与强度的优化,为包装机中热封器的设计和热封参数的设定提供了依据。
Based on the main parameters of influencing on plastic packaging film heat-seal intensity and quality, through experiment, various parameters influencing on heat-seal intensity were analyzed, optimum heat-seal parameters were defined and heat-seal intensity mathematical models were established. Through the simulation calculation interface of heat-seal intensity and the optimized simulation interface of the heat-seal parameters, heat-seal parameters and intensity were optimized. It provided reference for determination of heat-sealer design and heat-seal parameters in packaging machine.
