摘要 热收缩膜包装系统是一个非常复杂的离散事件和连续时间相结合的混合动态系统,为描述热收缩膜包装系统的静态属性及动态行为,提出了应用混合Petri网技术对热收缩膜包装系统进行建模和仿真,并推导出其优化控制策略。实践表明,混合Petri用于热收缩膜包装系统工作流程的建模和仿真中,仿真快速,结果精确,表明了其有效性。建模和仿真对缩短热收缩膜包装机的设计和实验有极大的帮助。 To exactly describe the static attributes and the dynamic actions of shrinking film packaging system, which is a very complex hybrid dynamic system involving discrete events and continuous time behaviors, the hybrid Petri nets model was proposed to model and simulate shrinking film packaging system in process industry. Firstly, the definitions of hybrid Petri nets were given, and the enabled conditions and evolution rules were described in detail. Then a shrinking film packaging example was given to show the modeling process of hybrid Petri nets. In terms of this model, the optimized control strategies could be deduced exactly. In fact, by using this model to model and simulate the shrinking film packaging system could quickly attain the accurate result, and the simulation indicated that the HPN model is effective.
