About Circumscribing Polygon for Line Segments

讨论若干特殊情形下的外接多边形的存在性,并对Mirzaian提出的有关外接多边形的存在性的猜想给出了一个反例,并同时猜想此种构形为线段数最少的反例.

We discuss existence of circumscribing polygon for some special cases, and give a easier construction in general position that do not admit a circumscribing polygon and conjecture this counterexample is the minimal segment set in the sense of the number of segment.
