摘要
面对多变的市场环境与日益个性化的需求,企业在实施精益生产、大规模定制等战略模式时屡屡受挫,一个主要的问题就在于没有定制一个承担此类战略任务的供应链。通过对供应链战略属性与市场需求环境的合成分析,提出了从战略到执行层面对应供应链所应具备的特定功能属性,并给出了塑造不同功能特性的方法。
Enterprises always fail to implement lean production or mass customization strategy while they encounter unsteady markets. The main reason of this phenomenon is the absence of a customized supply chain for this kind of strategy. The essence of supply chain strategy and the feature of market are analyzed synthetically. The function features of supply chain in terms of strategy and operation are concluded. A set of measures to shape certain supply chain function features are provided.
