技术标准是制造业产业属性的客观要求,是其市场制胜的战略武器,更是制造业持续发展的不竭动力。结合武汉市制造业的优劣势状况,提出了应积极制订并组织实施技术标准发展战略,以振兴武汉制造业。

The technical standard is not only an objective requirement of the manufacturing industry attributes, but also a strategic weapon to succeed in the market. During the 10th 5 - Year Plan, manufacturing in Wuhan has made quite great progress, and ＂Made in Wuhan＂ rose again. The manufacturing technical standard system and relevant service supporting systems in Wuhan have come into being. The photoelectron industry made a breakthrough progress on participating in the international standard - setting, which established a good foundation of promoting standardization. However, problems such as weakness in standard - making, the difference in enterprises＇ standardization level and the mistaken position of main body behavior between the government and the enterprises still exist and restrict the development of manufacturing in Wuhan. Combined with advantages and disadvantages of the manufacturing in Wuhan, the technical standard development strategy should be established and implemented in order to make Wuhan manufacturing thrive.
