对中国男子篮球队防守对手3分球进攻的分析——以第14届世界男子篮球锦标赛和第28届奥运会男子篮球比赛为例

Analysis on Chinese Man's Basketball Team Defending Opponent Team's Three-Point Goal

运用文献资料调研、数理统计、录像观察和逻辑分析法,对中国男子篮球队对手3分球进攻的战术防守效果进行分析,指出中国男子篮球队在防守3分球时的主要问题:在防守快攻时,重视限制区周围的防守,放松对3分区的防守;使用区域联防时,对手的3分球运用率和命中率较高;在半场人盯人时,防守范围较小,是松动盯人,使对手容易进攻到3分线从而获得较多的3分球进攻机会;高大运动员防守对手3分球进攻的意识和能力不强。

The purpose of this study was to discuss the Chinese man＇s basketball team defending opponent team＇s three point goal. Through using the method of literature investigation, mathematical statistics, video observation and logical analysis, this paper makes analysis on effects of Chinese team defending three point goal of opponent in team tactics, points out the main problems. When defending the quick attack, more attention is put on the defense of restricted area and three point field goal defense is neglected. When using the zone defense ,the utilization rate and shooting of three-point goal of opponent＇s team is high. When adopting the man-to-man defense in the half court ,the defensive area is small ,and three-point goal is easily to be obtained by opponent＇s team. Based on it ,some suggestions are put forwarded.
