转铁蛋白受体单抗偶联物导向治疗胃癌的疗效及其与组织学分型的关系

THE EFFECT FROM THE TREATMENT FOR PATIENTS WITH GASTRIC CANCER BY USING ADR-TFR-M AND HISTOLOGICAL TYPING

用转铁蛋白受体单克隆抗体——阿霉素偶联物导向治疗46例胃癌病人,结果 CR 1例,PR 20例,NC14例,PD 11例,总缓解率为45.65%。其中高分化腺癌、中分化腺癌、低分化腺癌和粘液细胞腺癌的缓解率分别为50%(8/16)、45.15%(6/13)、63.63%(11/16)和0%(0/6)。提示该单抗导向治疗疗效与组织学分型有关。

46 patients with gastric cancer treated with the conjugation of Adriamycin with monolonal anti-transferin receptor antibody(Adr-TFR-M).The result showed that there were CR1,PR20,NC14,PD11 and total effective rate was 45.65%.The studieds also suggest relativity between the treament's result with Adr-TFR-M and histogical typing
