摘要
大批量定制(Mass Customization,简称MC)正在成为21世纪制造业的主流生产模式,而产品开发是大批量定制的核心,本文结合MC的产品开发技术对自行车产品进行了研究,在对自行车零部件ABC分析的基础上,建立了产品的主模型、主文档、主结构。
Mass customization has becoming the main production way of the 21th century. And the product developing is the heart of realizing MC. This paper studies the bicycle combing the technology of product developing, and the product master model, master document , master structure of the product are established on the basis of ABC analyses for parts and parameter of bicycle.
