英语中存在着性别歧视的现象。从性别歧视的表现形式方面来审视英语中性别歧视现象,使我们看到性别歧视是作用于整个女性称谓系统的。文章以许多有趣的实例来展示反映在英语语言中的性别歧视现象,并探索了消除英语语言中的性别歧视的方法。

Sexism does exist in English. Language. This paper studies it again in the perspective of its form and draws a conclusion that sexism runs through the whole appellation system in English language. Many interesting illustrations are employed to make this point clear and the author explores the approaches to eliminate sexism in English language.
