针对体育专业成人教育中人文精神的失落这一问题,对体育专业成人教育的目的、内容和课程进行重新定位,以实现体育专业成人教育手段和环节的人文化,促使其人文教育价值的提升。

For the loss of humanism in the adult education of the sport major, the paper proposes to redefine the goals, contents and curriculum of the adult education of the sport major to reinforce the humanism of the educational methodology and content of the adult education of the sport major in order to promote the humanistic education value.
