Research of status and function of further education in developing old industrial base in northeast China

在国家提出振兴东北老工业基地的背景下,教育事业肩负着沉重的历史使命,对在岗工作人员的再教育显得更为重要。人才紧缺是制约东北老工业基地发展的“瓶颈”,贯彻和落实科教兴国战略和科学技术是第一生产力的思想,就必须重视继续教育,使各个层次各个岗位的人员具备先进的思想、科学的知识和实践的能力。

In order to fulfill the requests of developing the old industrial base in the northeast China proposed by the Chinese government, the further education of the at-the-post workers becomes urgent. The lack of talents limits the development of the northeast old industrial base. In order to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the concept of science and technology as the first productive force the country should pay more attention to the further edueation to equip the workers at all posts with advanced concepts, science and practical abilities to realize the development of the northeast old industrial base.
