我国竞技体育后备人才培养问题的理论探讨

Theoretical discussion about athletic supportive talents development problems in China

伴随着经济一体化进程,我国竞技体育后备人才的培养受投资主体单一及竞赛制度的制约,各省市之间各自为政、封闭的后备人才培养体系效益较低。应该以国家“奥运战略”为目标,加强各省市体育后备人才培养合作,以发挥比较优势并提升整体竞争优势,为国家培养更多的高水平竞技体育后备人才。

With the economic unification, the athletic supportive talents development in China is limited by the investor monotony and competition system and the isolated supportive talents development of provinces is not efficient. The provinces should stress the cooperation in the supportive talents development to enhance the whole competition advantage.
