我国社会体育指导员现状的社会学研究

Sociological research on current situation of social sports instructor in China

综合运用文献资料、访问调查、数理统计、逻辑分析等研究方法,以目前我国社会体育指导员的现状为研究对象,进行社会学分析。结果表明,目前我国社会体育指导员队伍的总量达到43万人,整体结构上,高级社体指导员比例低,社体指导员年龄偏大、文化素质较低、从业时间较短、指导率低,农村社会体育指导员的数量严重不足、质量较低,且层次单一,培训流于形式、盲目追求数量。针对存在的问题提出建议。

Based on document, investigation, statistic and logic methods, the current situation of sports instructors in China was researched in sociology. The result showed that the number of China social sports instructors has been 4.3 million. But it still exists some problems .in the whole structure, such as small proportion, higher instructors, older age, lower educational level, short working time, lower instruction proportion, larger growth number and raising quality, lacking country instructors, lower quality; others include single gradation and superficial training. All these problems influence the whole level of social sports instructors. So this article puts forward some suggestions on how to keep a sustainable development for the work of social sperts instructors and sports in harmonious society.
