摘要
利用透镜光束传输规律和光束质量因子M^2的定义．阐述倒置望远镜导光系统在超重超大工件高功率激光加工中的传输特性，以及光束质量、光束参数、导光系统参数在加工范围内对稳定加工质量的影响．并对有效焦深给出一个更合理的解释．
The transmission characteristics of the inverted telescope, and the influence of beam quality, beam parameter and light system parameter are analyzed with lens beam transmission theory and definition of the beam quality factor M^z , and a rational explanation of the active focal depth is obtained.
