综合医院内科可疑肺结核症状者转诊发现肺结核病人的研究

Case-finding Transferring of Suspicious Tuberculosis Symptoms From the County General Hospitals

本文报告了１９９５年１０～１２月在石家在５个县（市）综合医院内科通过政府参与、宣传教育和转诊奖励的方法对可疑肺结核症状者转诊发现肺结核病人的研究。共转诊可疑肺结核症状者６３９人，转诊率为５．１％，发现活动性肺结核病人５５例，发现率为８．６％，其中涂阳肺结核病人３４例，涂阳肺结核病人发现率５．３％，明显高于１９９４年同期转诊发现的结核病人数。

This article reports a study on case-finding through 5 county(city)general hospitals Shijia zhuang City from Oct.to Dec.1995.639 cases with suspicious pulmonary TB cases were thansferred,and 34 cases were smear-positive,which is higher than that of the same period in 1994.It indicates that the case-finding rate is improved by means of the transferring patients with suspicious tuberculosis symptoms fromthe general hospital to the antituberculosis dispensary
