Analysis on the Negative Influence and Countermeasures of Chinese Technical Innovation by the Multinational Corporations'FDI

本文主要对跨国公司直接投资对我国技术创新的负面影响进行探讨,分析了造成这些负面影响的原因,提出了相应的对策。

The multinational corporations FDI increased rapidly since the reform and openness. Their activities of research and development in China are quite lively and then have both the positive and negative influence on Chinese technical innovation. This paper discusses mainly the negative influence of the multinational corporations FDI on Chinese technical innovation, analyzes the reason of causing the negative influence and raises the corresponding countermeasures.
