酒依赖、慢性酒中毒的心理因素研究

Research of mental factors in patients with alcoholics and chronic alcoholism.

目的:探讨中山市酒依赖、慢性酒中毒的心理因素,为酒依赖防治提供依据。方法:采用“饮酒情况筛选表”和“心理问题问卷”进行问卷调查并与正常饮酒组比较。结果:“饮酒情况筛选表”两组比较存在显著性差异;“心理问题问卷”两组比较在好奇、不顺心、寻求刺激、迎合社交需要、追随大众心理、为了减轻躯体疾病痛苦及生理需要等项存在显著性差异;采用Logistic回归分析,饮酒量、饮酒频度是对饮酒结果影响最大的因素。结论:迎合社交需要、个人心理问题、饮酒量、饮酒频度是中山市酒依赖、慢性酒中毒成因的主要因素,只有将认知、行为和社会文化等因素有机地结合起来进行干预才能减少该病造成的损害。

Objective：To discuss the mental factors of patients with alcoholics and chronic alcoholisms, affording evidence to the prevention and cure of alcoholics, Methods：With State of Drinking Alcohol , Questions of Psychology as a screen tool and CCMD - Ⅲ criteria , 57 people were investigated , and compared with normal control group. Results： There were significant in the State of Drinking Alcohol among the two groups, The Questions of Psychology indicates that there were significant in the items ： curiosity , depress , find stimulation , gam , imitate , reduce the peasons pain , need of psychology . The damages were positively correlated with amount and frequency of drinking. Conclusions： Alcoholics and chronic alcoholism of Zhongshan are mainly caused by facing social requirement, individual psychological problems, drinking amount and drinking efficiency. So we can lighten the injury of this illness under combining individual cognition, activity and social culture together and protecting and curing them.
