阿立哌唑治疗首发精神分裂症对照研究

A study of aripiprazole and in fhe treatment of firstonset schizophrenia

目的:对比阿立哌唑与奎硫平治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法:分别以阿立哌唑与奎硫平治疗首发精神分裂症各60例,采用阳性症状和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、副反应量表(TESS),在治疗前及治疗后第1、2、4、6、8周未分别评定疗效及不良反应。结果:阿立哌唑有效率93.30%,显效率81.7%。奎硫平有效率96.7%,显效率83.3%,两组治疗后与治疗前PANSS评分比较差异有显著性,阿立哌唑不良反应少于奎硫平。结论:阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症疗效较好,不良反应较奎硫平轻微,病人服药依从性良好。

Objective：To compare the efficacy and safety between aripiprazole and quetiapine. Methods：sixty schizophrenic patients were treeted with aripirazole and another sixty patients treated with quetiapine, the efficacy was measured with the positive and negative symptoms scale （PANSS） Results： while the side effects were determined by efficacy rate of aripiprazole was 93.3% ,in which 81.7%. were improved markedly ,The efficacy rate of quetiapine was 96.7% ,in which 83.3% were improved merkedly, the PANSS scores in both groups decreased significantly after treatment, aripirazole has less side effects than quetiaine. Conclusions： airpiprazole is of good efficacy, high safety and less side effects in treating schizophrenia, and patients and biter compliance.
