从《大藏经》有关史料审视唐武宗的灭佛事件

本文通过对《大藏经》辑录的有关唐武宗灭佛史料的辨析,认为唐武宗面对当时日益高涨的佛道矛盾,不能正确视之;在处理佛道矛盾的问题上,又采取了崇道毁佛的极端手段,这是灭佛事件发生的根本原因。并且认为正是有了像唐武宗灭佛这样的洗礼,才使佛教逐渐在中国走向本土化的归程。
