《西北开发史料丛编》是一部民国时期专家学者论述西北开发建设和汇集西北地区主要水文资料的史料汇编。该丛编从多角度集中反映了当时西北地区政治经济、水利交通、工商贸易等多种领域的真实情况,它对现今西北地区的开发、建设及其可持续发展有着重要的参考价值。
＂The Corpus of Northwest Development Historical Data＂ is such a book from which the experts and learners elaborate northwest development to construct and to collect northwest area main hydrological and the historical data assembly. And it has profoundly promulgated history of northwest area and the present situation of Republic of China time from the multiple perspectives, which have the important reference value to the development, construction and the sub - stainable development of northwest area nowadays.
