摘要
1998年我校率先开始在研究生中开设法律英语课程,现已逐渐形成了一门相对独立的特色课程体系。几年来,我们取得了一定的经验,但也遇到一些问题和困难。本文在对毕业生进行问卷调查的基础上,讨论了法律英语课程质量的评价指标,用层次分析法确定了各项指标的权值,利用模糊数学方法对法律英语课程质量进行综合评价,做出科学的、定量的描述,从而对法律英语教学的现状有所了解,并为今后的法律英语课程建设提供借鉴。
Early in 1998, we began to offer Legal English Courses for graduate students majoring in law, and now we have established a comparatively independent set of course system. This paper was written based on a survey made to those grads and it discusses the course of legal English quality index, decides the weight number by analytic hierarchy process, makes an overall scientific assessment using fuzzy integrated evaluation method so as to help a better understanding of the status quo of the legal English teaching and provide experience for future construction of legal English course.
