Evolution of mechanical vascular anastomotic techniques

摘要 机械性血管吻合技术是以特制的血管吻合装置替代或部分替代缝线的一种血管吻合方法。20世纪50年代以后,随着器械制造工艺的发展和新材料的出现,该技术得到了较快的发展,开展了大量的基础与临床研究。通过论述国内外研究应用进展分析了各类血管吻合方法的优点和不足,并相应地提出该技术的研究方向。 Mechanical vascular anastomosis is a technique that uses special vascular anastomotic devices to entirely or partly substitute vascular anastomotic suturing. With the development of manufacture and the emergence of new biomaterials, this technique gained great progress and a large number of research both on preclinical and clinical has been carried out since the 50-60s of last century. The present paper reviewed the development of mechanical vascular anastomosis, analysed their advantages and deficiencies, and pointed out the research trend on these techniques.
