产业转型的有效性机制研究

发达国家在经济发展过程中都不约而同地出现过倒U型的环境库兹涅茨曲线,而我国目前仍处于倒U曲线左侧。那么,我国如何才能有效地遏制这条曲线持续上升的态势,在经济发展过程中少一些资源环境压力呢?文章通过建立能源消耗的因素分解模型,得出了实施产业转型是解决这一问的有效途径的结论,并在此基础上提出了产业转型的集成化创新方法体系。

Without prio-consultation, developed countries take the same view of the Inverted-U Curve, i.e. Environmental Kuzents Curve during their economic development, but we still stand in the left of the Inverted-U Curve. So how stop the continuous rising tendency of this curve effectively, and reduce the pressure of resource environment during the economic development？ Though establishing the Factor Decomposition Model of fuel consumption, this paper gets the result that implementing the Industrial Transformation is the effective way to solve that problem. On this basis, puts forward to the Integrated Innovation System of Industrial Transformation.
