随着我国加入世界贸易组织,蓝色壁垒已日益成为我国产品进入国际市场的障碍。为了减少、消除“蓝色壁垒”的不利影响,我国必须尽快与国际通行的社会责任管理制度相衔接。而由国际标准化组织经济优先认可委员会制定和推动的SA8000标准认证正是我国出口变壁垒为通途的最有效的手段。

With our country enter into the World Trade Organization, Blue barriers have become obstacles of our country＇s product enter the international market increasingly. In order to reduce and eliminate the ＂Blue barriers＂ adverse effects, our country must link up with the international general social responsibility control system as soon as possible. And SAS000 standards formulated and impetus by the economic priority Committee of International Organization for Standardization is the most effective method to our country exports changes the barrier into the thoroughfare.
