单宁酸-氯化铁法对SHR肾微血管密度的观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨自发性高血压(SHR)病时肾内微血管密度的变化,及其与高血压发生的先、后关系。方法:用单宁酸-氯化铁组织化学方法媒染成年及幼年SHR、正常血压的雄性Wistar大鼠(WKY)4组大鼠肾毛细血管,并对血管密度进行定量分析。结果:与WKY成年组相比,SHR成年组肾皮质、肾髓质微血管密度均有所减低(P<0.05);血压尚未升高的SHR幼年组与WKY幼年组相比,肾皮质、髓质毛细血管密度差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:成年高血压大鼠存在肾微血管稀少的现象,因微血管稀少发生在高血压形成之后,推测它可能是高血压病引起的一种继发性改变;幼年高血压大鼠肾皮质微血管稀少的现象,提示微血管稀少也可能与遗传因素有关。 Objective: To explore the changes of renal microvessel density under hypertension and its relationship. Methods: Four group kidneys (n=10×4)ofaduh ( 12 m) and young (4 w) rats with spontaneously hypertension and Wistar-Kyoto rats with normal blood pressure were treated by tannic acid-ferric chloride histochemistry. The capillary densities of the renal cortex and the renal medulla were analyzed quantitatively by the image analysis system. Results: The microvessel density of renal cortex and medulla in adult rats with spontaneously hypertension were less than that in adult Wistar-Kyoto rats (P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in microvessel density of renal cortex between young rats with spontaneously hypertension and the young Wistar-Kyoto rats (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: There is a microvessel rarefaction in the kidney of the adult rats with spontaneously hypertension. It may be a secondary change of hypertension. There is a microvessel rarefaction in the renal cortex of young rats with spontaneously hypertension. It may be related with heredity.
