以邻苯二酚为原料,以二氯甲烷气体环化,多聚甲醛和HCl氯甲基化,最后再以四丁基溴化铵为催化剂氰基化得到目的产物3,4-亚甲二氧基苯乙腈,总收率为76.4%。
3,4-Methylenedioxyphenylacetonitrile was synthesized from catechol, following cyclization with gaseous dichloromethane, chloromethylation with polyformaldehyde and HCl, and cyanidation with NaCN using tetrabutyl amonium bromide as catalyst. The total yield was 76.4%.
