摘要
建立了同时测定甲基对硫磷、对硫磷在蔬菜中残留量的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。用HypersilC18柱(4.6mm×300mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇∶水(60∶40,v∶v)为流动相,流速1.0ml/min,270nm检测。甲基对硫磷、对硫磷分别在0.04 ̄10.00、0.002 ̄10.00μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限分别为0.036、0.00043μg/ml,两种农药(添加浓度0.05、0.5、2μg/g)的回收率为91.8% ̄94.8%,相对标准偏差为1.06% ̄2.41%。
A method was developed for simultaneous determination of methyl-parathion and parathion residues in vegetables by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. A Hypersil C 18 column (4.6 × 300 mm, 5μm) with CH3OH:H2O (60:40, by vol) as the mobile phase, a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, and an ultraviolet detection wavelength of 270 nm. Methyl-parathion and parathion showed linear responses in the concentration ranges of 0.04 to 10.00 and 0.002 to 10.00 μg/ml, respectively, and detection limits of 0.036 and 0.00043 μg/ml, respectively. Recoveries of the two pesticides (total additive concentrations of 0.05, 0.5, and 2 μg/g) were 91.8 to 94.8% with relative standard deviations (RSD) from 1.06 to 2.41%.
