摘要
枯萎病拮抗菌B96-II(Bacillussp)自沤肥浸渍液中分离筛选获得。进一步试验证明,该菌对黄瓜枯萎病菌、西瓜枯萎病菌、青椒枯萎病菌等有明显抑制效果。可观察到的抑菌现象有:对孢子的溶解作用;对孢子壁的破坏作用;对芽管的生长抑制和对菌丝致畸等作用,对上述3种病菌孢子萌发抑制率为56.2%,57.3%,54.7%,对芽管的抑制率分别为88.5%,87.5%,79.5%。拮抗物质之一是几丁质酶。
A antagonistic strain of Bacillus sp (B96-Ⅱ) against Fusarium wilt was isolated from compost extract. Further tests proved that the B96-Ⅱ could effectively inhibit the development of 3 Fusarium wilts in cucumber, water melon, paprika, etc. The phenomena of eonidia lysogenesis, eonidia wall destruction, inhibition, and deformation of hyphal growth were observed. The inhibition rates of conidia germination of the above mentioned pathogens were 56.2%,57.3%, and 54.7% ,and the inhibition rates of germination tube growth were 88.5% ,87.5%, and 79.5%. Chitinase was detected as one of the main inhibiting substances.
