棉籽饼提取液对植物病原菌的抑制作用及其成分分析 被引量:3

摘要 用棉籽饼的用甲醇提取液(以棉籽饼与70%甲醇1∶1提取),对9种植物病原菌进行了室内抑菌作用测定,其中,对苹果轮纹病病菌和苹果炭疽病菌较好,10倍的浓度48 h分别达到63.27%和61.07%;对黄瓜灰霉病菌和小麦赤霉病菌10倍的浓度72 h分别达到71.70%和66.67%。色谱分析及显色反应表明,其主要成分为槲皮素及其糖苷和缩合单宁,提取液中总黄酮类化合物的含量为1.48 mg/mL。 The extract from cotton meal was tested with 9 plant pathogens under separete cultivating conditions. Resuits showed that the extraction was able to inhibit the growth of plant pathogens. Amongs them, the inhibition to the growth of Physalospora piricola and Glomerella cingulata were more effective, and their inhibited rates reached to 63.27 % and 61.07% at 10 times dilutuon in 48 h respectively; and the inhibited rates to Botrytis cucumber and Fusarium graminearum were 71.70% and 66.67% at 10 times dilutuon in 72 h respectively. The main chemical components were queticin and condensed tannin. The total content of flavonoids was 1.48 mg/mL in the extraction.
