摘要
首先对三维涡流场仿真分析所必需的一些公式和理论作了简要的推导和说明;然后列出了仿真分析的具体步骤,提出了仿真分析过程中每一步应注意的问题及相应的解决办法;最后给出了不同形式的缺陷对应的典型响应结果,并对特定缺陷下缺陷深度的变化所引起的响应结果进行了分析比较。另外还分析了检测线圈位置的变化对响应结果的影响,得出了相位差随缺陷变化的大致规律,为缺陷的可视化、缺陷特征的提取提供了一定的依据。
The paper makes a brief inference about some theory formulas which are required to the 3D eddy current field simulation analysis, and shows the steps of simulation analysis as well as ,some important cases that should be paid attention to in the analysis processes and their corresponding solve methods. It gives the response figs of two different flaws, and presents a series of comparison analysis under different flaw depth, analyzes the influence to respond results when the position of detect coils changing. The approximate rule about phase difference and flaw depth are obtained. This is valuable to the research of the visible and character's acquisition for flaws.
