摘要
利用CS药剂—铁炭还原—水解酸化—SBR组合工艺处理难降解有机化工废水,并对试验现象和结果进行了分析。试验结果表明,组合工艺最优参数为CS试剂投加200mg/L,铁炭还原铁粉及炭粉质量比1∶1,水解酸化池HRT9h,SBR工艺采用非限制性曝气的运行方式,周期为进水曝气5.5h,沉淀1.5h,搅拌时间0.5h,排水和闲置0.5h。试验结果表明,经该工艺处理后出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)一级排放标准。
The process of physical chemistry biological chemistry (hydrolyzation and SBR) (Fe-C electro analysis and flocculation by CS) and are used to treat the organic substances contained industrial wastewater, which is difficult to biodegrade. Then the phenomena and the results of the experiment are analyzed. The optimum parameters, CS is 200 mg/L, the ratio of iron powder and carbon powder is 1 : 1, HRT of hydrolyzation is 9 h, the time of SBR. influent and aeration 5.5 h, settling 1.5 h, stirring 0. 5 h, effluent and idling 0. 5 h. The main values of the effluent can reach the standard of GB 8978-1996.
