This paper summarized midterm achievements and effects during the constructing clinical medical centers in shanghai. It was mainly analyzed that the effects and achievements were obtained through clinical efficiency, new techniques, diagnosis and therapy standards, research accomplishment, personnel echelon, staff training as well as internal management. In the meanwhile it was also investigated the problems-raised during the period of constructing centers.
