摘要
某住宅由于多种原因引起不均匀沉降,造成严重倾斜。针对该建筑物具体情况,采用综合法加固地基、高压射水法进行纠倾,在施工期间及竣工后一年半内进行倾斜和沉降监测。观测结果表明:综合法加固能稳定房屋的沉降,控制新的不均匀沉降,加固效果可靠。但高压射水法进行纠倾时,对射水纠偏的有关参数应进行严格控制,避免矫枉过正。该方法适用于桩基进入持力层不足或桩基有质量问题的非嵌岩桩。
The gravel inclination was brought by asymmetry sedimentation of a building. According to idiographic situation, the building' groundwork was strengthened by comprehensive method, the inclination was rectified by high pressure spouting water method. After one and a half years detection of inclination and sedimentation, it indicates that comprehensive strengthened method can tranquilize sedimentation, control asymmetry sedimentation, and its effect is reliable. But during rectifying by high pressure spouting water method, concerned parameters should be controlled strictly to avoid hypercorrection. This method is applied to not-wedge-rock stake which enters soil layer with not enough resistance and has quality problem.
