摘要
分析液压式平网印花机出现对花误差的原因,发现导带与推进电磁夹间的相对位移,控制程序编制不合理,以及机械安装方面等主要影响因素,提出了提高对花精度的措施,诸如针对性地修理设备硬件,以及修改控制程序等解决方法。
Reasons for misregister of hydraulic flat screen printer of Buser Company are analyzed, it is found that relative displacement between belt and propulsion electromagnetic clamp, illogical program and mechanical installation are main reasons. Measures to improve the register precision are put forward, such as repairing the hardware and altering control program.
