摘要
介绍了设备安装基础的构成和确定,以及设备安装中“三线一平”(中心线、平行线、铅垂线和水平面)基本原理的活用;针对安装过程中出现的一些问题,提出了具体的改进措施,如安装热水喷淋管去碱,利用蒸汽负压吸水装置收集疏水器冷凝水,丝光机采用2只高位碱箱集中加热淋碱,缩短红外线穿布距离和改变显色皂洗蒸箱张力等。
The base structure and definition for machinery installation, as well as how to flexibly using the central line, parallel line, plumb line and level meter in practice are introduced. Aiming at the problems arising in operation, measures are put forward, such as alkali removal with hot water spraying line, collecting condensed water from steam trap with negative-pressure steam suction device, mercerizer with 2 boxes for concentrated heating and spraying alkali, as well as lowering fabric tension in soaping steamer.
