应用StatSoft STATISTICA6.0设计污(废)水混凝预处理正交试验 被引量:7

Application of StatSoft STATISTICA 6.0 in orthogonal design of coagulation pretreatment of sewage and wastewater

摘要 混凝是污(废)水处理或预处理最常用的方法之一,普遍采用正交试验法进行多因素试验设计和统计分析试验结果。本文以生活垃圾卫生填埋场渗滤液和锦纶66帘子布浸胶废水的混凝预处理试验为例,选择混凝剂投放量、pH值、温度和静置时间为试验因素,应用StatSoft公司最新开发的专业数理统计软件STATISTICA 6.0设计L9(3^4)正交试验,以混凝后上清液的浊度、COD Cr,、沉淀状态为评价指标,进行方差分析,并综合评价了混凝条件。试验结果表明,用STATISTICA 6.0对污(废)水混凝进行试验设计和数据统计分析是可行的。 Coagulation is one of the most typical treatment or pretreatment technology of sewage and wastewater, and its design and analysis of experimental result are commonly accomplished by the orthogonal design. The two wastewater samples were used as the experimental objects. One was the landfill leachate from Bei Shenshu landfill site in Beijing, another was the wastewater of nylon-66 cord fabric dipping solution from Shenma Industrial Co. , Ltd in Ping Dingshan. The quantity of coagulant, the pH value, temperature, and standing time were opted for experimental factors. A four-factor orthogonal experiment design involving three levels (L9 (3^4) ) was implemented with the special software of Statistica 6.0-the newest version released by StatSoft Inc, and the turbidity of supernatant, COD Cr and the state of settlings were used as the evaluating indicator of coagulation. The condition of coagulation was consequently evaluated based on variance analysis and plot of means. According to the analysis of ANOVA, pH value has the greatest influence on the coagulation of leachate, followed by the quantity of coagulant. The standing time has little effect on the coagulation of leachate, whereas the contrary influence on the coagulation of dipping solution is observed. The experimental results show that. the software of Statistica 6.0 is an excellent professional data analysis software for the coagulation experimental design.
