摘要
给出了SnO2/10%CeO2(0.4 mm×0.6 mm×0.4 mm)元件的温耗特性曲线,研究了老化的温度和时间,研究了气敏电流Ig与气体浓度C的关系,并给出了一个普遍适用的规律。
The temperature dissipation curve of SnO2/10%CeO2 (0. 4 min×0. 6 min×0.4 ram) components is given, the aging temperature and aging time, as well as the dependence of gas sensing current Ig on the gas concentration C,are researched and the suitable law is also given.
