摘要
本文介绍了游泳池循环水处理系统的组成及水处理的工艺过程,提出了采用S7-200PLC进行过程控制的系统配置,介绍了水处理系统中主程序的简要流程框图及PLC实现,最后介绍了人机界面及监控软件的编程情况。
This paper introduces composition of circulating water system of swimming pool and the process water treatment of swimming pool are described. The control system configuration to adopt S7-200 programmable logic controller are given. To main parts of circulating water system, their brief block diagram to control and the realization of the PLC are presented. At last, the monitoring program and the interface program of human and machine are introduced.
