摘要
安阳钢铁股份有限公司焦化厂引进了两台LCS—25型电脑包装秤。该系统通过智能控制系统,自动完成夹袋、加料、称重、放袋等工序。根据其工作流程、原理及校验方法,在使用和维护的过程中,针对弊端进行了改造,提高了设备的使用效果。
Two LCS-25 computer-controlled packing balances were introduced to Coke Plant of Anyang Iron ＆ Steel Co. Ltd, which can automatically perform such process steps as bag-holding,material-feeding, weighing and bag-placernent etc,under the control of intelligent control system. Directed against some defects found during use and maintenance, modification was conducted aaording to work flow, principle and verification approach which improvers the performance of equipment.
